CENTERING AND GROUNDING

Most of us feel close to God when we’re out in nature experiencing the birds, trees and sunshine. It’s important, however, to have some techniques to connect with God when we need guidance and are under stress.

AFFIRMATION

I am healthy, happy, whole and balanced,
I am happy and harmonious in all my relationships,
I am prosperous and in complete attunement with the Light,
I am free to do and be who I am without restriction,
I am loved with universal love – I fear not,
We thank you, Father, for all the blessings you have bestowed upon us and for allowing us to be in service to the Light! In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen, Amen, Amen and so it is!

3 INVOCATIONS TO “CENTER”

I invoke the Light of Christ within me,
I am grounded in the Holy Spirit,
I am in perfect flow with myself and the universe,
I am a clear and perfect channel of Light,
Light is my guide.

I am Light,
I am Love,
I am Divine Will,
I am perfect design,
I am aligned.

I call my physical, etheric, emotional and mental aspects of myself forward into perfect alignment with my truth within my heart; and my perfect connection with spirit through soul and higher self, through Divine Father and Mother God, to the purest heart of Love and Light of all creation and all that is.

INVOCATION TO GROUND

I call all aspects of myself forward that resonate with Mother Earth and I ask her to come forward and connect with me in grounding, healing, balance, nurturing and support.
