This website is an opportunity for me to assimilate 17 years of experience and personal growth. I am sharing my story – some highlights and some of the most unusual occurrences. There is still much left to be told, and more for us all to experience, I’m sure.
One of the most interesting things that has happened in working with Spirit is how amazed I have been that while I’m doing what I’m being guided to do, many times something completely different is happening through spirit. On one occasion, after several years of healing work, I was channeling energies for a client in Denver. I got the idea that green healing energy would assist this person. As I was holding a space for the emerald green ray to come through, I asked the client what she was aware of. She answered that she was seeing the most beautiful violet light working in her crown and third eye. Although I was exasperated, because what I thought was going on wasn’t really going on, I came to the realization once again that if we are open to being of service, spirit will work through us at the highest level possible, with the most love, and for the person’s highest good.
The next account involves a situation with a romantic triangle, which many of us find ourselves in from time to time. The person that I was working with found herself hearing thoughts from another person and sensing the desires of that individual as well. She was very uncomfortable with the situation, but also did not want to let go of the individual. What apparently was going on was that she was “corded” to the other individual. We then had a lengthy discussion around those circumstances. The conflict that she was dealing with was on the one hand not liking the situation, and at the same time not wanting to end the love relationship. What we discussed was the nature of “cords” between individuals. It is important to realize that cords are usually set up by strong emotions and can involve the heart charka, the life force base charka, and the spleen charka , which normally involves power, control and romantic relationships, as well as the solar plexus, which many times provide psychic information as to whether “fight or flight” is necessary. Together we realized that one can love another without choosing these cords, which basically are an energy line which allow two people to share the same experiences. We realized that we can send love to someone we care about and still allow ourselves to make our own choices and boundaries regarding our involvement. Keep in mind, however, that a strong relationship with a lot of chemistry will seem to take on a life of its own. In this situation, if we’ve made a decision to go in another direction, the shared feelings will have a tendency to throw the cords back on again, especially when thinking of the other individual. It’s also good to realize that as an individual we can choose whether to accept these energies or not. There is an even greater realization that comes from this, and that is that we have conscious control of our own energy field just by making a strong choice or by choosing a range of choices that is acceptable.
Another interesting situation occurred again when I thought I was visiting with a client after a healing. We were sitting together in a car and visiting about the session. All of a sudden a whoosh of energy moved through me and through her. Tears came to her eyes, and she had connected with issues concerning her parents that had been affecting her whole life. It was interesting to realize that even though I thought the healing session was over, the most important healing probably took place after I thought we were done. I’m sure that I was the vehicle for spirit to work through because my intention is to always be open for highest and best use and to be in service to the light.
Interestingly enough, another such situation like this took place years later when a friend of mine had passed over. He was another healer who was struggling with HIV and ultimately AIDS. We had come together to do healing work and health support. I found out that he had crossed over while I was on the road and while I was walking my dog late at night the notion hit me that I could facilitate a healing for him at soul level, even though he was on the other side. At that time, another whoosh came through me which I’m sure was healing issues that he had struggled with all his life.
Besides energy work, another direction of my healing work, was integration of the “child within” aspects. These aspects, or fragments, are parts of our being where we deny the feelings in certain situations. These aspects act as if they are separate from us, but at the same time, they are closely connected with Source and magnetically attract experiences to us through others. These experiences generally feel like a “set-up” that has been secretly devised to trigger the feelings that these aspects carry.
Recently, a person came to me talking about the strong influence that past lives have been making on her life. Upon beginning a session with her for integration, all of the aspects that came up were past life aspects instead of the traditional “child within” aspects, which normally happen in this lifetime. We wound up using integration techniques for the past lives just as if we were working “child within” aspects from this life. After integrating nine or ten such lives, the next session involved the more traditional “child within” integration. This was another first for me, since I had never viewed past life experience for integration in that way.
One of the most unusual experiences took place when a friend of mine was visiting where it was common place for us to do processing and ask each other for insight. Out of the blue, she asked me why she was always processing and trying to help other people with their issues, whether she consciously intended to or not. Without thinking, and with a chuckle, I quickly replied, “Maybe you were a Bodi Sattva in a past life.” We both instantly got chills up and down our spines as confirmation that that was true.
This began another incredible experience where the light was swelling up within us and around us as well. She could hear drums beating and at the same time I was aware of gold sparkling light in voluminous proportion filling the room and working through me as well. Her guidance from Merlin said loud and clear, "You've got the ball, now run with it!" I took this to mean that the time was right for healing prayers for friends and for Mother Earth.
This began another incredible experience where the light was swelling up within us and around us as well. She could hear drums beating and at the same time I was aware of gold sparkling light in voluminous proportion filling the room and working through me as well. Her guidance from Merlin said loud and clear, “You’ve got the ball, now run with it!” I took this to mean that the time was right for healing prayers for friends and for Mother Earth.
Recently, on a trip to Colorado Springs, I reconnected with an old friend. She is a tremendous intuitive and visionary and has always been a strong influence on my work and my growth. While I was there, she told me of a situation with one of her clients where, for the past 22 years, a man had been struggling with what he described as some sort of cosmic virus that he couldn’t get help with. That day, as my friend and I were talking, we decided to call him on the phone and see where the work would lead. What took place involved my friend holding energy and narrating the event. At the same time, I was energetically involved and had called in Archangel Michael to work through me for this healing. For a brief moment, I was aware and could feel this prickly energy attempting to come into my hands and forearms. I immediately told the virus that I do not accept that energy within me and it began to recede and then disengage. I also “handed” the energy virus to Archangel Michael, to be taken to the proper dimension in the universe for it to reside. Our feedback from the man was that everything was taken care of!
In the earlier days I attended a meeting of a weekly meditation group. The leader of the group had had many extraordinary experiences himself and his intention was to share everyone’s experiences. He usually had an agenda for what he wanted to present as well. On this particular day, one of the gals in the group said she had a message to bring through for the meeting. He said okay, and she brought through a very long and extended message.
Later, the leader of the group felt that his plan had been disrupted by the channeling, and he had doubts as to whether he should have allowed that. Synchronistically, several days later, he and I were at another meeting with another group that had a different leader. At the end of this other meeting, the leader of that second group said that someone had a message to deliver that night. She named the first leader as the person to come up and channel for the second group. The message was beautiful, and opened everyone’s hearts, and there were tears in everyone’s eyes from such a beautiful message.
I thought it was interesting that not only did the group leader participate in a spontaneous sharing of spirit in someone else’s group as an answer to what had previously happened several days before; but also, it was done in a positive fashion without criticizing anyone.
